"I create jewelry for women who appreciate art and love nature."

Every piece I make synthesizes ideas, materials and techniques into a flowing, organic form. I reference nature for forms and textures, Art Nouveau esthetics for design, and traditional metal smith construction methods for durability and craftsmanship.
My jewelry is honest. Visible in every smooth but slightly imperfect line and curve is the work of my two hands . Nothing is machine straight, perfectly smooth, or highly polished.
I choose gemstones that have lots of natural variation within them; that look like they were taken out of the earth.
My educational background is in Interior Design, with a BFA from Parsons School of Design. I started making jewelry as a hobby, and became fascinated with traditional metals smith techniques and the colorful world of precious stones. I studied basic to intermediate metal smithing with nationally recognized master metal smiths Noel Yovovich and Joe Silvera. Along the way, I was introduced to the wonderful world of Precious Metal Clay as a jewelry medium. I’ve earned PMC Certification Level 1 and 2 from Senior Instructor Sherry Viktora, and advanced stone setting in PMC from Linda Kline.
I’ve been a professional artist since 2006. My work is seen at several major art fairs in the Chicago area and has been displayed at the Andersonville Galleria and is currently showcased at Pusation Yoga of Lake Zurich .
